Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC service technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote products, and ensure satisfaction on every visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training or certification.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by local laws.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Experience servicing residential or light commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Completes routine maintenance and paperwork; collects payment when required.
