Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician I in Duluth, GA. Under supervision, you will diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, communicate with customers, and promote services. You will perform maintenance, keep records, and assist the team with efficient, safe operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training, EPA/safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Driving license and flexible hours are needed.

Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and promote services.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic tasks to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete documentation on handheld device and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain safe and professional appearance and conduct.
