Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC in Duluth, GA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service and maintain residential and light commercial systems under general supervision.

You will communicate with customers, promote services, and support a busy field team while adhering to safety standards and company procedures. The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years’ experience.
• EPA certification and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Record all required information on a handheld device and complete forms accurately.
• Promote products and services to customers and coordinate with Sales/Service leadership.
