Job summary

The Green Air Group LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to meet with residential and light commercial customers, evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, and recommend replacement or upgrade solutions. You will manage the full sales process from consultation to installation handoff, delivering a professional, consultative experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Experience with smartphones/tablets and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with management.
• Knowledge of pricing and financing discussions with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HVAC replacement and comfort-system sales opportunities.
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate existing systems and comfort concerns.
• Educate customers on equipment options, warranties, maintenance, and financing.
• Prepare accurate written proposals using company-approved pricing.
• Obtain signatures, deposits, financing approvals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with management for installation feasibility.
• Ensure documentation is complete for installation handoff.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and maintain active sales pipeline.
