Accelera is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Consultant to be the primary contact for homeowners, driving growth by assessing needs, recommending high-performance systems, and managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include in-home evaluations, professional proposals, and coordinating with installation teams to meet project specs while handling financing, permits, and rebates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Self-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations to identify optimal heating and cooling solutions for residential clients.
• Develop and present professional proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of recommended HVAC upgrades.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups and attentive service.
• Coordinate with technical installation teams to ensure project specifications are met and service delivery is seamless.
• Manage administrative workflows, including processing financing applications, permit documentation, and energy efficiency rebate paperwork.
• Execute procurement tasks by managing purchase orders for equipment, materials, and specialized subcontractors.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance on modern HVAC technologies and industry advancements.
