Accelera is seeking a Field HVAC Technician to serve as the primary technical expert for climate control at client properties. You will diagnose and maintain systems to maximize efficiency and longevity, while delivering top-tier service experiences.

You will lead end-to-end installations, perform preventative maintenance, and clearly communicate findings to homeowners. Safety and compliance are integral to every field engagement, with meticulous documentation of service histories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in HVAC service, repair, and installation.
• Active EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Advanced proficiency with diagnostic tools and HVAC testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostic evaluations to identify and resolve mechanical failures in climate control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system lifespan and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end installation of heating and cooling units, complying with industry standards.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to homeowners and clients.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and system status updates for histories.
• Share insights and participate in collaborative problem solving with the team.
