Responsibilities include in-home assessments, sizing using Manual J, and presenting proposals for heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ systems, while guiding clients through rebates and financing options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC sales or system design.
• Proficiency in Manual J load calculations and system sizing.
• Strong knowledge of modern HVAC equipment, including heat pumps and ductwork.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to identify comfort concerns and evaluate existing mechanical systems.
• Utilize Manual J load calculations to engineer precise heating and cooling solutions tailored to specific home requirements.
• Present customized proposals featuring high-efficiency equipment, including heat pumps, mini-splits, and advanced indoor air quality systems.
• Educate clients on available energy-efficiency rebates and financing programs to maximize project value.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial consultation and proposal follow-up to project hand-off with installation crews.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve overall service delivery standards.
