Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service.
• Active EPA certification and proficiency in soldering and brazing techniques.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy for tablet-based reporting and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems to restore optimal performance.
• Execute comprehensive system start-ups and performance testing to ensure reliability and energy efficiency.
• Maintain and inspect ductwork and mechanical components to prevent future system failures.
• Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to homeowners to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Manage daily service routes, including parts procurement and inventory tracking, to maximize service efficiency.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and system data accurately using digital field tools.
• Uphold a professional, clean, and safe work environment at every job site, prioritizing customer property protection.
