ARS-Rescue Rooter, a leading HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services provider, seeks an HVAC Service Manager – Residential to lead a service team in delivering top-quality, compliant work. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and coach technicians to meet performance goals.

With 5+ years in HVAC service leadership, you will drive safety, scheduling efficiency, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with dispatch and monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HVAC service leadership.
• Strong knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and air flow.
• Proven ability to manage people, operations and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the HVAC service team including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and coaching.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to meet margins.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize technician selection and scheduling.
