Qualifications

• 3 years of HVAC service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and code compliance.
• 6-8 years in HVAC service; related experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Evaluate workload and schedule service work to maximize profits and control labor costs.
• Ensure HVAC service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations of residential HVAC service calls and repairs.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Provide hands-on training and monitor KPI performance.
• Conduct job site inspections and ensure safety and HVAC code compliance.
