ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a seasoned HVAC Sales Manager to lead the in-home sales advisors and drive revenue growth through system replacements and upgrades. You will oversee a residential sales team, evaluate market areas, and ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales management experience is required.
• Acute understanding of HVAC products, services, and system design is preferred.
• Goal-driven in a metric-driven environment.
• Highly structured thinker who can break problems into subcomponents and execute.
• Strong organizational planner who can manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding monthly targets; coordinate with multiple departments to ensure HVAC targets are met.
• Drive revenue and conversion for the branch.
• Act as a technical trainer and resource to the sales advisor team on building science and HVAC options.
• Hire, educate, and guide each advisor to meet or exceed goals.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy and selling skills.
• Present accurate reports in meetings with sales management.
