Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to advise homeowners, diagnose comfort needs, and offer HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management using internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and self-generation techniques.

You will collaborate on site with the technical team and stay current on energy-efficient trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and ability to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team members during site visits to ensure solutions are perfectly tailored to the home's requirements, fostering a 100% satisfaction experience.
