This role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging internal leads and self-generation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience; direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling preferred.
• Strong business development abilities and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to educate customers and clearly present technical concepts.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
