Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to diagnose comfort needs and propose energy-efficient HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role leverages internal warm leads, company lead pipelines, and personal prospecting to close opportunities.

You will travel to customer sites, educate homeowners on options, and drive sales while building trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or related sales cert preferred.
• 2+ years proven sales experience; direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling preferred.
• Strong business development abilities, negotiation skills, and closing ability.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfort with navigating residential environments (attics, crawl spaces) and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for high‑efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer experience champion: build lasting relationships with a focus on satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales generation: drive growth via internal leads and personal prospecting.
• Onsite collaboration: work with technical team during visits to tailor solutions.
• Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient tech, and innovative service methods.
