Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to diagnose comfort needs and offer HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management to close opportunities using internal leads, company pipelines, and self-generation.

You will work with our technical team on site visits, stay current on industry trends, and enjoy a commission-based earning potential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience; focus on direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and closing talent.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; translate customer concerns into business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships focused on satisfaction, trust, and retention.
