Job summary

Service Experts seeks a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to advise homeowners on comfort solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging warm leads and self-generated prospects to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will accompany the technical team on site visits, stay current on energy-efficient technologies, and build lasting customer relationships while earning a competitive base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a talent for closing sales.
• Demonstrated ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home's requirements.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient tech, and innovative service methods.
