Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions in residential settings. This outside sales role relies on warm leads, internal pipelines, and self-generation to close opportunities.

You will educate customers, collaborate with technicians on site visits, and stay current with energy-efficient technologies. A valid driver’s license is required, and flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Customer experience champion: Build lasting relationships with a customer-focused approach to satisfaction and retention.
• Sales generation: Drive growth using internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite collaboration: Work with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions for the home’s requirements.
