Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. You will handle multiple trades, educate residents on home systems, and schedule proactive visits using our maintenance mobile app.

This role requires 2–5+ years of residential repairs experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential repairs and maintenance across trades.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with residents.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent resident service and maintain a quality living experience.
• Conduct ProCare visits and proactive maintenance.
• Educate residents on home systems and safety guidelines.
• Use company tools and apps to document work and schedule follow-ups.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all tasks.
