Job summary

Comcast is hiring for an entry-level broadband installation role. You will install new services, troubleshoot connectivity, and ensure a positive customer experience in customers’ homes and neighborhoods. The job requires physical work, safety adherence, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime.

You will perform basic network installations, diagnostics, and customer education while progressing toward advanced certifications and greater independence. Day‑one benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety practices and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (coaxial, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliability.
• Document work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle/tools and report safety concerns promptly.
• Drive a company vehicle and maintain a valid license.
