Comcast Corporation is seeking an entry-level broadband installer to perform residential installations and troubleshooting in customer homes. You will follow established procedures, progress toward certifications, and work with safety standards in a role with increasing autonomy.

The position involves flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Base pay is $19.87/hour with quarterly bonuses, paid training, and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring clear communication and professionalism.

• Basic understanding of home networking concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support home networks using coaxial, Ethernet and Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust as needed.
• Educate customers on products, services and equipment usage.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts digitally.
