Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the home construction process. The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, customer follow-up, and team collaboration to achieve a world-class home buying experience.

Ideal candidates will have retail sales exposure, strong communication, and the ability to walk the lot, show model homes, and operate within a Saturdays-inclusive schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Learn and comply with manufactured home sales licensing requirements.
• Adhere to legal requirements in manufactured home sales.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify floor plans, select options and coordinate construction.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to potential buyers.
• Set appointments from prospect data and web leads; follow up with customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training; work as part of a team.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory and showroom appearance.
