Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the construction timeline, delivering a world-class home buying experience. You will showcase display homes, demonstrate features, and coordinate appointments, while maintaining CRM-driven follow-up with buyers.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, retail know-how, licensing readiness, and teamwork in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
General understanding of the retail environment.
Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate the construction process.
Set home center visits by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments.
Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to create added value.
Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up using the CRM system.
Merchandise and maintain the appearance of model homes and inventory.
