RHA Health Services, LLC in Georgia is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and supervise operations of 1–3 facilities providing non-ICF services. You will coordinate care and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role involves working closely with clinical staff, monitoring shifts across three shifts, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring training requirements are met. This position requires flexibility and a compassionate approach to supporting individuals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Direct Support staff and supervise operations at 1–3 facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Monitor shifts across three shifts and model positive relations with people supported.
• Provide audits for medication administration.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure staff meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Monitor budget items within guidelines.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage.
