Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff, manage operations, staffing, and facility budgets. You will work to understand individuals in the context of their history and networks, ensuring clean, well-maintained homes.

The role requires leading personal care tasks, staff development, and ensuring training requirements are met. On-site responsibilities include coordinating across three shifts and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification preferred.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible for designation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties such as hygiene tasks, meal prep and goal implementation.
• Monitors staff interactions with people supported across shifts and provides feedback.

Education
