RHA Health Services, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support employees and manage operations of 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. Reports to the IDD Residential Team Leader or above.

You will work closely with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans, supervise all shifts, deliver staff feedback, ensure training, and monitor budgets while maintaining a positive environment for people served.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees across shifts.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Provides feedback and monitors staff interactions with people supported.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures training compliance.
• Monitors budgets and reports to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the rotation.
