RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor for Regular, full-time work at our Chattanooga-area residential facilities. You will supervise Direct Support employees, coordinate care with clinical teams, and ensure staff adherence to person-centered plans across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, auditing medication administration, conducting performance reviews, and managing program budgets within guidelines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Manages operations of 1–3 facility/facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Leads and directs Direct Support Associates and oversees operations for assigned locations.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures training compliance.
• Monitors budget items and stays within guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the rotation.
