Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to lead Direct Support staff and oversee operations of 1-3 residential facilities in Tennessee. You will work closely with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and ensure high-quality supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and have CPR certification.

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations of 1-3 facilities.
• Works with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans and maintain communication.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures staff training compliance.
