Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to lead Direct Support staff across 1–3 residential facilities providing non-ICF services. You will work with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and monitor shifts across all three shifts.

The role involves audits of medication administration, staff issues resolution, and maintaining training compliance while ensuring high-quality care for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• CPR, first aid and program certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Direct Support employees.
• Handle operations for 1–3 facilities providing non-ICF services.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Provide feedback and audits for medication administration.
• Resolve staff issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure training compliance and attendance at required events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
