Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and operations of 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will work closely with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and monitor three shifts to maintain harmony between staff and the people supported.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities, on-call flexibility, and CPR/First Aid certification (NCI or MedTech a plus).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Supervises and coordinates Direct Support staff across three shifts.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Resolving employee issues and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensuring staff meet training requirements and attend events.
• Monitoring budget items within guidelines.
• Providing after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
