RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) in Georgia to supervise Direct Support staff and coordinate operations for 1–3 facilities offering Non-ICF services.

You will work closely with clinical staff, mentor Direct Support Associates, and ensure compliance with training, safety, and person-centered plans, while maintaining a positive, supportive environment for individuals served.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Monitors three shifts to ensure positive interactions between staff and people supported.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
