Job summary

RHA Health Services in Memphis, TN is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to lead Direct Support staff and oversee operations across 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will work closely with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and ensure safe, respectful supports.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, ability to lift 20–50 lbs, and CPR certification with flexibility for on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Monitor three shifts and provide staff feedback to maintain harmony.
• Provide audits for medication administration.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure training requirements.
• Monitor select budget items and stay within guidelines.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
