Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Residential House Manager in Massachusetts to supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure the health and safety of residents, and oversee day-to-day operations of the residential site.

The role requires a 40-hour work week with a Monday–Tuesday 12p–8p and Wednesday–Friday 9a–5p schedule, and offers a $23.50–$25 per hour pay rate plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include staff coaching, compliance with DDS regulations, and budget

Formación

• BA or BS degree preferred with one year experience in human services.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification upon hire, or within 90 days.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals in the residential program.
• Ensure health and safety of persons served and compliance with DDS regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and daily documentation for persons served.
• Prepare staff meetings, train and supervise Assistant Residential House Manager and Direct Support staff.
• Balance the house budget and manage payroll/mileage as needed.
