Job summary

Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, implementing ISP-driven plans, and ensuring program safety and documentation.

The position requires a compassionate, team-focused approach and flexibility to cover various shifts. The role is hourly with a 40-hour workweek, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license; daily car use on site is preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments aligned with goals and capabilities.
Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
Maintain records and daily data; ensure monthly safety checks per DDS guidelines.
Coordinate planning of individual leisure and recreation activities; assist with meals, finances and shopping.
In the absence of the Residential House Manager, perform all related duties and communicate with admin staff.
