Job summary

Venture-Community-Service in Sturbridge, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals in daily program services. The role requires empathy, teamwork, and a commitment to growth, with paid training and a new pay rate of $19.50–$21 per hour.

Full-time position with 40 hours weekly and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, help develop ISP plans, track records, and coordinate safety and activities, reporting to the Residential House

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; 21+ years old required.
• Paid training provided; strong emphasis on empathy and teamwork.
• Experience in residential program settings is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop ISP's, behavior plans and assessments to meet individual goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate with families and programs.
• Maintain records, safety checks, and daily data for residents.
