Venture Community Services Inc. seeks an Assistant Residential House Manager to provide daily care for individuals in a residential setting. The role requires empathy, teamwork, and ability to coordinate with Direct Support Professionals under the guidance of the Residential House Manager.

The position offers full-time hours (40/week), a paid training program, and a sign-on bonus of $1,000. Schedule includes evening shifts with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year experience in a residential program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments for individual goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate daily activities.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and day programs as needed.
• Manage program finances and monthly budgets under Residential House Manager guidance.
• Oversee safety drills and facility maintenance as per regulations.
• Assist with planning individual recreation time and community activities.
