• Ability to develop ISP, behavior plans and assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and staff.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments for individual goals.
• Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
• Communicate information to DSPs, parents, guardians and day programs.
• Oversee handling of individual accounts and the house budget.
• Ensure monthly fire drills are completed per DDS regulations.
• Maintain records and document daily data.
• Educate and supervise self-medication programs.
• Coordinate planning of individual leisure and recreation.
