Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager in Massachusetts to oversee daily care, support program delivery, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments for individuals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure program fidelity.
• Communicate with DSPs, parents, guardians and day programs as directed.
• Oversee individual accounts and house budget under the Residential House Manager.
• Ensure monthly fire drills are completed per DDS regulations.
• Coordinate planning of individual leisure and recreation activities.
• Maintain records and document daily data.
• Educate and monitor self-medication programs.
• Assist with meal prep, shopping and finances.
