Job summary

Venture Community Services seeks a Residential House Manager to supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure health and safety of residents, and oversee daily residential operations. The role requires empathy, teamwork, and a proactive growth mindset.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a schedule Mon-Tue 12p-8p and Wed-Fri 9a-5p. Pay rate is $23.50–$25 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. On-site leadership position within a dynamic, inclusive agency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred with one year experience in human services.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification upon hire, or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals; ensure health and safety of persons served.
• Maintain a work-site reflecting Agency core values and DDS compliance.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and payroll; ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Provide training, coaching, and evaluations to staff; promote positive working relationships.
• Ensure confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and rights of persons served and employees.
• Ensure ADA compliance and budget management within the residential program.
