Venture Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals with diverse needs. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, implement ISP plans, and ensure daily program operations with a focus on safety and empowerment.

This full‑time role offers paid training, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, and an hourly wage of $19.50 to $21.00. You will work a schedule including evenings and weekends in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate empathy, compassion and teamwork in daily care.
• Experience in ISP development or behavior plans is a plus.
• Ability to supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate care.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's and behavior plans for individuals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with families and program partners as designated.
• Oversee budgets, safety drills and regulatory compliance.
• Educate individuals on finances, meals, shopping and self‑care.
• Coordinate advocacy, safety and healthy eating initiatives.
