Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor to support individuals with diverse challenges in a home-like setting in Leominster, MA. The role involves overseeing house operations, ensuring DDS compliance, and coaching staff to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications include a B.A./B.S. degree preferred, RBT certification (or within 90 days), and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred with one year experience in human services.
• Registered Behavioral Technician certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license; daily use of a car on site is preferred but not required.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week; schedule includes evenings and weekends (Mon & Thur 12p-8p; Tue/Wed/Fri 9a-5p).
• Sign-on bonus of $1,000 offered.

• Maintains a work-site representative of the Agency’s core values.
• Ensures house operations comply with DDS regulations (115 CMR).
• Oversees services reflecting Quality of Life areas; supports personal well-being and growth.
• Coaches, trains and develops high-performing staff teams.
• Manages payroll, mileage, and timely payroll processing.
