Job summary

Alternative Services – Connecticut, Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager responsible for directing all program services and daily operations. You will supervise personnel, implement policy, and oversee fiscal and consumer services within a licensed residential setting.

The role requires leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with DDS regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with management and direct care experience required or substituted with equivalent experience.
• Administrative knowledge in fiscal, personnel and operational processes for supervision.
• Ability to lead and model behavior; valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacant shifts and share on-call coverage bi-weekly.
• Hire in cooperation with supervisor and HR; handle interviews and payroll.
• Ensure proper staffing and trainings; supervise staff per policy and DDS rules.
• Manage house and consumer finances following policy and DDS regulations.
• Maintain emergency, vehicle, and maintenance procedures; report monthly.
