Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential assignments. You will engage residents face-to-face, present service options, and sign customers up for Astound’s internet, WiFi, and TV solutions in designated neighborhoods.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, enabling earnings potentially exceeding six figures. Training starts with December sessions and a flexible November 30 or December 7 start, with field-based work across multiple U.S. locations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced field environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions at homes.
• Pursue leads daily and build momentum in assigned territories.
• Explain service options, collect quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Represent Astound as a trusted local provider and meet or exceed quotas.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report performance to management.
