Job summary

Astound is seeking a results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our residential team. In this field-based role you will build relationships with residents, property managers, and referrals, while delivering Astound’s internet and fiber solutions.

Starting with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, you control your income potential as you pursue leads, expand your coverage area, and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers via in-person visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property details within the portfolio.
• Distribute marketing materials and raise brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels.
• Explain customer needs and present solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Accurately report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about market competition.
