Job summary

Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative, Residential, in a field-based role. You will locate and engage residential customers, present service options, and close sign-ups in a dynamic outdoor setting.

The position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential reaching six figures for top performers. The role starts with December training and has a flexible start date around November 30 or December 7.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads daily and build Astound brand awareness.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Maintain knowledge of properties and contract language relevant to service levels.
