Job summary

Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential accounts in multiple U.S. markets. You will work in the field, engaging residents directly to obtain new customers, explain services, and close sign-ups with uncapped commissions.

The role offers a base salary with the potential to exceed six figures through commissions and incentives. You will operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment, travel within your territory, and participate in training to ramp up earnings.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door role requiring outdoor work.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue daily leads and convert opportunities.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate suitable solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics.
