Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field duties in the Needham/Boston area. You will engage residents face-to-face, sign up new customers, and drive growth for our fiber internet services.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment with base pay plus uncapped commissions, offering strong earnings potential and comprehensive benefits. Training starts in November/December with opportunities to advance in 2025.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential direct sales or field sales is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet people in person.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language and understand service levels and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay abreast of market activity and competitor actions in your area.
