Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative - Residential to join our field-based team across multiple markets, including Boston, MA. You will engage residents through door-to-door outreach, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into service sign-ups while representing a leading fiber internet provider.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, strong earning potential, and a full benefits package. Training starts in December with flexible start dates and ramp-up support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor field environment.
• Face-to-face, door-to-door sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build Astound brand awareness in assigned territories.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
