Job summary

Astound, a leading internet, WiFi, mobile and TV provider, is hiring Direct Sales Representatives (Residential) to join our field-based team. You will meet residents door-to-door, explain plans, gather needs, and sign customers up for services in assigned territories, including Boston.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions and total earnings up to $90,000+ for high performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face/direct sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the field.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person interactions.
• Pursue leads daily and build momentum.
• Understand property contracts and service levels.
• Explain solutions and close sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats.
• Maintain territory knowledge and update management.
