Job summary

Astound is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to drive residential growth in a field-based role. You’ll visit homes, explain services, quote packages, and sign customers up for our internet, WiFi, and TV solutions, earning through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Sales-quota driven with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property groups.
• Distribute marketing material and support strategic marketing campaigns.
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics promptly to management.
• Stay up to date with market competition and drive sales momentum.
