Responsibilities

• Pursue leads provided daily and build momentum for the New Year.
• Understand property nuances, contract language, and service options for portfolio properties.
• Distribute marketing material and support strategic campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Present solutions and close sign-ups; attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and stay informed about market competition.
